At UncleGew Organics LLC, we carefully prepare and package every order to help ensure your products arrive safely and in good condition.
We currently ship orders within the United States only.
International shipping is not available at this time.
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and the order is confirmed.
Processing times may be slightly longer during holidays, special promotions, craft-show weekends, or periods of unusually high order volume.
Orders are shipped using USPS.
Shipping charges, when applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.
Local pickup is available for customers in or near Memphis, Michigan.
Select the Local Pickup option during checkout when available.
Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before arriving to collect your order.
Pickup details and instructions will be provided with your order confirmation or readiness notification.
UncleGew Organics LLC currently accepts payments through:
Payments made through Square are processed securely through Square's payment system.
UncleGew Organics LLC does not directly store your complete payment-card information.
Cash on Delivery is available only when the option appears during checkout.
Payment is due in full when the order is received or picked up.
Please have the appropriate payment available at the time the order is completed.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the email address provided during checkout.
Please review your confirmation carefully and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your order or shipping information.
Once an order has been transferred to USPS, delivery times are controlled by the carrier.
Occasional delays may occur because of weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside the control of UncleGew Organics LLC.
We will assist customers whenever reasonably possible if a shipment appears to be delayed or lost.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.
